Merit
Medical currently employs 26 automated injection molding machines
and 6 insert molding machines worldwide. All molds are of the highest
quality and all are stainless steel. They are contained in a controlled environment.
Merit
Medical clean rooms are all controlled environments. We use a combination
of automation and manual labor to assemble a variety of products
ranging from simple components to very complex custom product assembly.

 Merit
keeps small levels of inventory for our standard and most commonly
used products so that we can ship immediately to the end users.
Large or custom products and orders typically require a lead time
that is specific to each product.
Almost
all products are shipped out of the South Jordan, UT facility with
the exception of catheters which are shipped from Angleton, TX. We
have the ability to use almost any freight carrier, but our most commonly
used carrier is Federal Express. |
